The Jr. Admin & Sales Support Specialist helps keep the office, client communication, and inbound sales support running smoothly at CLC Landscaping. This role supports admin and financial tasks, fast lead follow-up, client service, content creation, and light marketing support. It's a good fit for someone organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Description Jr. Admin & Sales Support Specialist CLC Landscaping San Marcos, Texas CLC Landscaping is hiring a Jr. Admin & Sales Support Specialist for a fast-paced, performance-based office role. This is not a basic front desk position. We're looking for someone organized, responsive, tech-savvy, cheerful and confident with clients, someone who can help keep communication, follow-up, admin, and inbound sales support moving at a high level every day. Why this role matters This role supports three key parts of the business: Admin and financial support Inbound sales and client support Light content creation and marketing support You'll help protect the client experience, keep records and receivables clean, respond quickly to new leads, and make sure follow-up actually happens. This role directly impacts communication, revenue support, and how smoothly the office runs. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls within 2 rings when possible Follow CLC's 10/4 Rule for communication Respond to website, Google, and Yelp leads within 15 minutes during business hours Support AR follow-up, receipt capture, reconciliation, and account updates Keep records, notes, to-dos, and handoffs accurate and current in LMN Use
DEXT & LMN
to help keep financial and job costing inputs clean Support inbound lead intake, qualification, follow-up, and lawn care proposal support Use Deep Lawn AI and company standards to support quoting and sales follow-up Build rapport with leads and clients, ask good questions, and help move opportunities forward Support billing questions, service questions, and day-to-day client communication Help with light content creation and marketing support, including photo, video, and content organization. Keep communication loops closed between the office, field, and client What success looks like AR days below 10 Total outstanding invoices below 1% of company revenue 40%+ close rate on qualified lawn care leads $300,000+ in recurring annual revenue added Fast response times, strong follow-up, and clean documentation Clients feel taken care of The team can trust your communication, ownership, and attention to detail Our public content has not only shared our story of who we are but created a feeling and lasting impression on current and potential clients and team members. What we're looking for 3+ years of admin, home service, construction, or trade-based office experience preferred Strong phone presence and written communication Strong ownership mindset and follow-through High attention to detail and time management Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities Comfortable discussing billing, collections, and client issues professionally Able to build rapport quickly and communicate with confidence Familiarity with CRM software, estimating software, and finance-related software Comfortable learning and using software similar LMN, DEXT, and Deep Lawn AI Tech-savvy, systems-oriented, and open to using AI-enabled tools to improve performance Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Growth opportunity This role has a real path for growth: Jr. Admin & Sales Support Specialist Admin & Sales Support Specialist Senior Admin /
Client Experience Coordinator Office Manager Inside Sales Coordinator Compensation Pay:
$22 to $25 per hour , based on experience and fit
Additional Earnings:
1% commission on new recurring maintenance agreements sold , paid on qualified agreements that are executed and activated
Additional Opportunity:
Participation in CLC Landscaping's year-end company net profit share program
Schedule:
Full-time, primarily in-office
