Support Dreams. Grow in Real Estate. New Home Star is seeking a New Home Sales Assistant to partner with Challenger Homes in Colorado Springs, CO. No previous real estate experience or license is required—we offer the training, tools, and support to help you build a strong foundation in new home sales! We're looking for someone eager to begin as a full-time New Home Sales Assistant, learn the business from the ground up, earn their Colorado real estate license, and grow toward a future Sales Trainee or Sales Consultant opportunity. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. What You'll Do Provide coverage and support across multiple model homes and communities based on business needs. Assist with new model home launches, filming opportunities, signage placement, and ensuring communities are prepared for customer visits. Support the customer experience by greeting visitors, assisting with show home tours, and connecting guests with the appropriate Sales Consultant. As you develop your knowledge and earn your real estate license, take on more hands-on sales responsibilities and help guide customers through each stage of the new home-buying journey alongside experienced Sales Consultants. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing emails, generating reports, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records. Track and log visitor activity, collecting guest information and feedback to support follow-up and sales insights. Assist with marketing efforts, including social media support, community events, flyer distribution, GEM events, and signage placement. Maintain professional and welcoming model homes, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for customer experiences at all times.
What We're Looking For Availability:
Must be available to work onsite an average of 30-40 hours per week , including Saturdays. Our sales offices are closed on Sundays, and team members receive one additional weekday off.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or professional setting is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management — staying organized keeps everything running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in utilizing (Specific tech tools, i.e. CRM, Microsoft, Google Suites, Canva).
Education:
High school diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.
Other:
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle. What You'll Earn This is a full-time position starting at $20 per hour , increasing to $22 per hour once you obtain your Colorado real estate license.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
