About Us EmmaClaire Esthetics is a growing acne specialty skincare brand dedicated to helping clients transform their skin through customized treatments and professional skincare. As our online store continues to grow, we're looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This position starts with order fulfillment and inventory management, with opportunities to grow into a larger operations role as the company expands. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship Shopify orders accurately and efficiently Monitor and organize inventory Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization Receive and organize incoming product shipments Process orders through Shopify Ensure products are packaged beautifully and accurately Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area Communicate low inventory levels and help keep products stocked Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Extremely detail-oriented Organized and efficient Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to lift and organize boxes/products Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications Shopify experience (preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person) Previous retail, warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience Interest in skincare, beauty, or e-commerce Schedule Approximately 4-8 hours per week to start Flexible weekday schedule Additional hours may become available as the business grows Why Join Our Team?
