Wireless Sales Agent - III Telecom Solutions III Telecom Solutions is a sales and business development firm serving the Temecula, CA area. We partner with AT&T to connect residential customers with wireless plans, smartphones, and mobile service solutions through direct, face-to-face sales. We are currently hiring a full-time Wireless Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this customer-facing sales role, you will meet directly with prospective customers, introduce AT&T wireless products and services, understand their mobile needs, and recommend suitable solutions. No previous telecommunications experience is required. As a Wireless Sales Agent, you will receive hands-on training in AT&T products, customer communication, sales techniques, and account enrollment. What You'll Do as a Wireless Sales Agent Engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face residential sales in assigned territories throughout the greater Temecula, CA area. Introduce AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, mobile services, and current promotions. Ask questions to understand each customer's wireless usage, preferences, and service needs. Recommend appropriate devices, plans, and mobile solutions based on individual customer needs. Clearly explain pricing, service features, promotions, and enrollment requirements. Guide customers through the sales, account enrollment, and activation process. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and enrollment records. Stay informed on new AT&T devices, wireless plans, and promotional offers. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training. What We're Looking For in a Wireless Sales Agent High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face in a residential sales environment. Goal-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn. Able to explain products and service options clearly. Professional and team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
