Sales agents needed

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Agents all ​across Florida listing and selling mobile and manufactured homes in communities with lot rent. Very similar to real estate sales, however, specifically for manufactured and mobile homes in communities. You do not need a license, you would work under our brokerage. Affordable housing will always be a necessity and there are thousands of mobile home communities in Florida. Never a shortage of listings! This is a 100% commission-based position with the potential to make thousands in one deal. Must have driver's license, a vehicle and no criminal history. Responsibilities Drive communities looking for for sale by owner signs and converting them into listings Responsible for listing agreements and sales contracts Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction of both the buyer and the seller Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering solutions Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as Fair Housing laws and property management standards Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles; real estate or property management experience is a plus Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for attracting new clients Organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and administrative tasks efficiently Previous sales experience Join us as a Sales Agent and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and delivering outstanding service.
