About the Position Westwood Sheds is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales locations in Anderson, Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg . This is a multi-location position designed to provide additional sales and customer-service support where it is needed throughout the week. The Sales Assistant will work alongside our Store Sales Representatives, assist customers, follow up with sales leads, maintain accurate customer information, prepare orders and documents, and help keep our stores organized and customer-ready. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable learning new systems, and can confidently step into different locations and help keep things moving. What You'll Do Welcome customers and help identify their needs. Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and electronically. Assist customers with available products, options, and the sales process. Follow up with leads and customers to help move sales opportunities forward. Create and maintain accurate customer information, notes, activities, and opportunities in HubSpot . Prepare and organize sales documents and customer order information. Assist with standard and custom building orders. Review order details with customers for accuracy before submission. Track outstanding questions, documents, and customer commitments through completion. Work closely with Store Sales Representatives, the Sales Manager, and other Westwood departments. Help maintain clean, organized, professional, and customer-ready sales locations. Provide dependable coverage at assigned Westwood stores. The original position is intended to perform the same core customer-service, sales, order-entry, follow-up, and store-care responsibilities as a Store Sales Representative while scheduled.

What We're Looking For:

Proactive about following up and completing assigned responsibilities. At least 18 years old . In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Schedule & Travel This position will generally work 16-40 hours per week , depending on store coverage, staffing needs, customer traffic, and business demands. Work hours will generally follow established Westwood store hours. Westwood stores are not regularly open on Sundays . Scheduled hours will primarily fall Monday through Saturday. Regular travel between our Anderson, Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg sales locations will be required. Travel reimbursement will be established based on the employee's assigned store coverage and travel requirements. Details will be discussed with the selected candidate prior to beginning the position.
