In this role, you'll help customers take control of their finances by guiding them through the auto refinance process. You'll deliver exceptional service, build meaningful relationships, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs—all while earning uncapped monthly bonuses based on your performance. What You'll Do Guide customers through the auto refinance process with confidence and care. Educate customers on refinancing options that can help improve their financial situation. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and text. Answer questions, resolve concerns, and confidently overcome objections. Accurately document customer interactions while maintaining compliance. Achieve individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. A sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport, collect required documents, and close opportunities. Strong multitasking skills and confidence navigating multiple systems. Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
