14620 - Sales Support Analyst (onsite) -

12 months with possible extensionsWork Setting:
100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Houston, TX ;
- Experience as Sales Support Analyst (2 years);
- High School Grad / GED.
Preferred:
- Experience in Natural Gas and Retail Energy market;
- Experience with Financial Analysis;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities:
- Directly support the Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
- Act as liaison between Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers, including: analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
- Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments and increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
- Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates.
