Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Wireless Sales Assistant to join our team in the Austin area. As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you'll meet with customers face-to-face, identify their communication needs, and recommend AT&T wireless products and services that deliver value. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to develop professional sales, customer relations, and business development skills while representing one of the nation's leading wireless providers. This opportunity is open to all experience levels, but is geared towards entry-level. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers to introduce AT&T wireless products, devices, and service plans. Build rapport by understanding each customer's needs and recommending personalized wireless solutions. Educate customers on plan features, device options, pricing, and current promotional offers. Guide customers through account activations, upgrades, and new service enrollments. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience and long-term satisfaction. Accurately complete sales documentation and maintain customer records. Stay informed on new AT&T products, promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training. Consistently contribute to individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Motivated to meet individual and team sales goals. Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day. Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or brand promotions is a plus but not required. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
