Your future starts here. We are currently looking to add Part Time Sales Assistant to support our New Home Consultants in a model home environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and supporting face-paced sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers and assist with the sales discovery process. Support New Home Sales Consultants in achieving sales goals, including qualifying prospects and preparing purchase agreements. Track appointments, traffic and follow-up activities in Lasso. Maintain consistent communication with prospects and assist with post-visit follow-ups. Support relator relationships and follow up after model home visits. Open, close, and maintain model homes to ensure a clean, professional presentation. Ensure signage, sales materials, and office supplies are accurate and stocked Assist with administrative tasks such as reports, MLS updates, scheduling and answering phones.

Work Environment:

On-site in a model home and active residential community. Must be able to work on weekends.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Lasso experience is a plus). Ability to multitask and work independently in a sales environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
