Schedule:
Full Time, Monday-Saturday, rotating day off
Compensation:

If you like talking to people, following a proven script, and getting paid to fill the calendar, this is for you. Leads provided:
Internet leads and inbound calls from CarGurus, Carfax, website, and walk‑in traffic. Training & scripts: We'll train you on proven word tracks; your job is to follow the system and hit your numbers.

Veteran‑owned, family‑run store with hundreds of 5‑star reviews and a tight, supportive team. What You'll Do Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, and messages from interested buyers. Use provided scripts to qualify prospects and set firm appointments for the sales team. Make outbound follow‑up calls / texts to old leads, missed appointments, and past customers. Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule no‑shows to keep the calendar full. Log every contact and update customer records in the CRM. Hit daily / weekly targets for calls, contacts, appointments set, and shows. Who This Is For You enjoy being on the phone and talking to new people all day. You like clear goals and scoreboards and are motivated by bonuses. You can follow a script, take coaching, and run the same play consistently. You're organized enough to juggle calls, texts, and CRM updates without dropping balls. Requirements 1+ year experience in call center, BDC, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred. Strong phone voice and written communication (text / email). Comfortable with basic computer work and CRM systems. Reliable, on time, and able to work Saturdays. Valid driver's license.
