WHAT'S A DAY AS A SALES REP LIKE?

Setting and booking appointments , handling questions, collecting payments, fixing billing issues, and addressing customer concerns. You build rapport as you handle our customers' needs, encouraging repeat business. As an experienced sales rep, you are also expected to meet sales benchmarks as required . Provide appropriate solutions, making sure the customer knows about all the available options we have for them. Based on our team's availability and the needs of our clients, you schedule appointments, dispatch and debrief technicians, create service records, and follow up after each appointment to ensure total satisfaction.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SALES REP?

Here's what you need to get started in this position: 3+ years of sales experience 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the home services industry Experience with data entry, scheduling, and dispatching software Computer and typing proficiency Must meet stringent sales benchmarks Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. This is a phone job, and you must have experience with high-volume outbound or inbound calls. Also, must be creative at bringing in new business by using your phone skills.
