Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin Location:
Green Bay, WI Schedule:
8am-4pm
Monday-Friday Pay:
$20/hour Role Overview Join our team as an Entry-Level Integrated Office Support Assistant, where you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in home care and gain hands-on experience while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional support to clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Assist with basic office tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
HR Clerical Duties:
Maintaining employee files, assisting with onboarding and assisting with orientations.
Client Engagement:
Help introduce caregivers to clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Coordination of Care:
Support the logistics of caregiver-client introductions, learning the ins and outs of our care processes.
Communication Liaison:
Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Field Support:
Participate in community outreach efforts, gaining valuable experience in client relations.
Skills and Qualifications Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly. Eagerness to

Strong Communication Skills:
Basic interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Organizational Skills:
