Lakeside Foods is seeking a Sales Service Analyst to support the sales team by managing customer and broker requests, coordinating account activities, maintaining customer data, and assisting with reporting and business analysis. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, brokers, internal business partners, and the sales team to help ensure exceptional customer service and successful execution of sales initiatives.

Growth opportunities with a stable, family-owned company What You'll Do Manage customer and broker requests, documentation, and customer portals
Coordinate customer samples, plant tours, food shows, and customer visits
Support customer presentations, business reviews, bids, and RFP responses
Track sales performance, awarded business, customer targets, and growth opportunities
Analyze broker reporting and communicate trends and insights
Maintain customer, item, and sales data across internal and customer systems
Support item setup, product data management, and customer platform requirements
Assist with trade spend tracking, pricing execution, and contract compliance
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support customer needs and business objectives What You'll Bring
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer support, or project coordination
Knowledge of GS1, GDSN, and customer item setup processes is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong Excel and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
