Essential Duties:

Provide outstanding customer service to families. Mail marketing materials, answer phones, greet families, order office supplies, relay order status to families. Review details to ensure delivery timelines are met. Keep files organized and easily accessible. Other administrative duties as necessary.

Skills and Experience :

Must possess the ability to build rapport and demonstrate outstanding customer service. Excellent communication, both on the phone and in person. Have great organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Dependable, trustworthy, and reliable. Ideal candidate will be highly proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. If you enjoy helping people, have the ability to support our salesperson and can organize and manage the day to day administrative office duties, we want to hear from you!
