A Sales Support Assistant provides administrative support for a sales department, handles customer inquiries and orders, and assists with customer sales and service. Manages recordkeeping and responds to information requests from sales or account managers.
Jewelers Mutual's sales team is comprised of three primary functions: business development, account management, and sales support. This entry level role would focus on one of these key functional areas and support overall business growth within Jewelers Mutual.

Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, brochures, and product demonstrations.
Sales Development:
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) records, make outbound calls and determine customer needs, and book demo meetings with prospects.
Sales strategy:
Help develop or refine sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance.
Administrative tasks:
Schedule meetings, enter data, process orders, and prepare reports.
Event participation:
Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and promotional activities.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing and other departments to support campaigns and initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams. Proficiency Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis. Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient to rejection, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CRM tools
