in Wausau, WI has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Assistant. This

position keeps our television station on the air and broadcasting 24/7. Candidate must be detail

oriented, have multi-tasking abilities, and excellentanization skills. Success in this position is

measured by accuracy, attention to detail, a track record of dependability andanizational

skills.

The Sales Assistant prepares dailymercial and program logs for multiple stations. The

successful candidate will work with the sales manager to managemercial inventory, assign

and manage input ofmercial materials, download and maintainmercial materials and

paid programming, enter orders, schedule programming and coordinate with other departments

on special projects.

This is a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment. You must have strong attention to

detail, greatanizational skills as well as have a High School diploma, excellentmunication skills and meticulous data-entry skills. A minimum of one year experience in

clerical support or administrative assistance is preferred. Computer experience, ability to learn

new software quickly and juggling multiple tasks is essential.
