Navaera is currently seeking an experienced Team Lead, Sales Engineer who will work closely with Navaera client end-users and internal software design and development staff to implement, improve, and refine deployments of Navaera software solutions. Candidates for this position will have strong knowledge of enterprise software architecture, including databases, and a working knowledge of Java applications, including the Spring framework. Responsibilities Drives the planning and design for product deployments of Navaera solutions, collaborating with internal Navaera and client stakeholders, and business area teams to build detailed technical design and specification documents, to meet business needs, considering capabilities, risks, system dependencies
  • Determine the appropriate pattern and style applicable for each integration, and corresponding non-functional requirements
  • Build logical designs and physical high-level views for each logical service
  • Architects, designs, automates, troubleshoots, evaluates, modifies, tests, deploys, and documents high-quality solutions to support Navaera clients, whether SaaS or On-Premises
  • General understanding of CI/CD pipeline(s)
  • Develop KPIs and KRIs that effectively measure operations
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise testing modalities, including unit, integration, and regression phases
  • Build positive relationships and work with leaders, team members, Product Owners, and end users to build and test delivered work
  • General understanding of Agile and SDLC processes
  • Debug components, identify fixes, and verify remediation of code defects
  • Carry out detailed and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems
  • Look for opportunities to embrace innovative technologies
  • Prepared to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
  • Proactively communicate and manage risk for assigned tasks Qualifications Seven (7) years of experience in software, enterprise, or software sales engineering or SDLC or Agile processes is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Java applications, and troubleshooting Java-based applications;
  • Strong working knowledge of Apache Tomcat
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or another RDBMS
  • Working knowledge of SSO, including SAML 2.0, oAuth, or OIDC
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration; Knowledge of financial services operations; Proficient in English; fluency in French is strong plus Ability to influence others at multiple levels internally and externally and work collaboratively across teams to lead others who do not formally report to this person to drive results; and Strong experience in project or engagement management, with a focus on organizational skills and internal and external communication

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
