- Support Product Support Engineers in investigating and resolving customer-reported issues, including data gathering, troubleshooting, and documenting findings.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action activities, preparing clear summaries and updates for internal stakeholders.
- Help create, update, and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials for product support.
- Analyze field performance and reliability data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product or process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to support implementation of product changes and service bulletins.
- Participate in customer support activities such as preparing presentation materials, tracking open issues, and updating status reports in designated tools/systems
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria.The candidate must:
- Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2027.
- Be majoring in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Preferred Qualifications
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25 out of 4.0 or higher
- Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
- Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering presentations and leading small groups.
- Experience in working in an autonomous work environment on complex projects.
- Experience in working on business or engineering full life-cycle projects from project inception through launch. Intern Pay Range
- Undergraduate degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $21.50
