ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Continually improve individual technical and business skills attending in-house and third party training. Work with sales representatives and distributors to generate new sales. Solve technical product issues from customers over the phone. Provide customers with fast and efficient telephone support. Develop and maintain technical document files. Conduct technical training on products to customers and the sales network. Assist as directed in the training of newly hired service engineers and other Sanyo associates. Knowledge of fluid mechanics and heat transfer fundamentals preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree (B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in engineering. Requires 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
