A Product Support Engineer develops expertise in company products and provides technical support to customers. Supports technology installations, upgrades and maintenance, analyzes and resolves customer problems and provides ongoing technical support to customers. May assist with training new users of a technology product; creates product documentation.

Position Overview:
Skilled and experienced lifecycle Logistics personnel to support systemsengineering, architecture development and decision making, integrated logistics planning and execution, acquisition assistance, and overall product support, throughout acquisition lifecycle efforts.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide technical support and programmatic assistance. Develop and deliver draft product support requirements documents. Develop and refine the product support requirements. Guide and conduct assessments to facilitate informed decisions. Implement and manage support functions required to field and maintain readiness. Oversee product support functions for fielded systems. Knowledgeable in the implementation and execution of the twelve (12) Product Support Elements (PSE). Provide personnel to manage military airlift cargo using the government transportation network. Develop and maintain technical order management and maintenance activities.

BA/BS in related field Holding or eligible for Active

years of experience with establishing product support strategies Experience with integrating system engineering quantitative design characteristics Experience with integrating the 12 product support elements, procurement and budgeting strategy into logistics activities needed to sustain system fielding. Salary Range:
