Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our sales and engineering teams, providing technical expertise to support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with cutting-edge solutions, collaborate with diverse clients, and contribute to the growth of our business by translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of technical products, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Help grow an established sales territory
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Provide ongoing support and nurture long-term relationships to ensure high client retention
- Maintain and track all sales activities, forecasts, and client details
- Willing to split time between sales and learning to make cutting tools
- Effectively and efficiently operates CNC machines.
- Performs surface grinding, OD grinding and laser marking on tools
- Set up and operate manual machines and make sure all tools manufactured are to the quality and standard set by the company Skills To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Pay:
$60,000.00- $65,000.
