Role:
Are you ready for your next real security challenge? Are you passionate about helping organisations stop breaches using a platform that just works? If so, CrowdStrike is seeking a Victoria based Sales Engineer with significant security expertise. You should be able to articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, and why they are failing. You will be part of a team responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a next-generation endpoint technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.The role will be supporting the Sales team in presenting CrowdStrike's security platform to Majors & Telecoms Accounts in Melbourne , as well as working to up-sell existing accounts and renewals. This includes creating and delivering demonstrations of the products, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans, working through Proof of Value with prospects and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
What You'll Do:
Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.Configure product installations and customisations in a POV engagementsCollaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging.
Work as a Trusted Advisor within our prospects and customers in order to gain mind-share and ensure project success.
What You'll Need:
Considerable proven experience in sales engineering - particularly in the areas of security.Demonstrable experience working with Large Enterprise organisations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.
Self-motivated and excellent organisational skills. Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and external.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex scenarios and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution.
The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.
Technical understanding in relevant areas such as endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust and MDR/XDR.Experience working with Threat Intelligence solutions.
Understanding of Incident Response and investigation methodologyAbility to travel to customer locations and events.
