About the RoleAs a Sales Engineer at Forcepoint, you'll be the technical heartbeat of the sales process. You'll partner closely with our sales team to help prospective customers understand how Forcepoint's solutions solve their real-world security challenges, through product demos, technical presentations, and consultative support.

Location:

New York, Philadelphia, BostonWhat You'll DoDeliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customersServe as the go-to technical expert for the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycleDevelop creative solutions to complex customer challengesBuild relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externallyContribute your expertise to help shape team goals and approachesWhat We're Looking For4-6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), ideally in cybersecurity or a technical sales environmentStrong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solution-focused conversationsComfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day directionGood judgment in evaluating approaches and recommending solutionsNice to HaveCybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CEH, or SANS credentials are a plusHands-on experience with DLP, DSPM, or NGFW technologies

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is 190,000.00

•220,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Forcepoint's total compensation package for employees.
