Create and maintain fabrication packages, including drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation

Project Oversight Own assigned projects from technical kickoff through completion, tracking milestones and material gate dates

Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure on-time, compliant delivery

Maintain project documentation and status reporting for internal and customer stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field)

2-5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, product engineering, or technical project engineering

Working knowledge of thermal/cooling load calculations and psychrometrics

Experience with BOM/ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and CAD/documentation tools

Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and customer-facing correspondence

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

Preferred

Knowledge of refrigeration system design (compressors, VFDs, refrigerant circuits) — Copeland, Danfoss, or similar platforms

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CE, FAA, NEC, ASHRAE)

Exposure to PLC-based control systems

Experience with airport ground support equipment or aviation industry specifications (ATA Spec 101)
