The position involves incoming and outgoing phone calls, estimating, and maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

Job Requirements:

1 year of Customer Service experience (Preferred). Knowledge of basic computer applications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to read and interpurt blueprints Sales experience is preferred. Schedule 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills. Process estimates and orders. Confirm data accuracy in estimates and orders. Contact customers to obtain missing information and answer inquiries. Communicate important information between customers and shop floor. Set up new accounts and maintain customer profiles. Collaborate with general manager. Ensure targets are met weekly, monthly, annually. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
