Integrated Product Support Area Manager (L76) About the
Role:
The Integrated Product Support Area Manager is a leadership position within the Customer Service and Sustainment (CSS) Project Office. This leader will manage a team of integrated product support project managers and support specialists. About GDLS We Serve Those Who Protect What Matters. Responsibilities:
Providing leadership and guidance to the integrated product support team Personnel interviewing and hiring, training, development, coaching, and mentoring Representing GDLS leadership in Government meetings and critical events Overseeing program performance, including Earned Value & execution excellence Providing technical support to team throughout product support project phases including logistics design influence, logistics product development, and Government test and user evaluations Overseeing the development of major sole source and competitive proposals Managing departmental demand and manpower Ensuring compliance with GDLS policies Leading with an A-team mindset, focused on continuous improvement and performance excellence, to help GDLS achieve US Operations targets
Required Education and Experience:
Advanced degree, such as MBA or Masters in a related field 10+ years of experience in the defense industry, management, and/or related military service Ability to obtain Secret clearance 90% onsite presence
Preferred:
5+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support / Integrated Product Support as a project or program lead
