Job Description
Position:
- You will assess client needs, build lasting relationships, and develop customized security solutions.
- Minimal cold calling is required, as warm leads are generated through our website, returning customers, and referrals.
- Typical gross sales range from approximately $1.5 million to $2.5 million.
- Must stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Manage existing customer accounts by providing tailored security solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. Requirements
- Proven experience working in the security/alarm industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze client needs thoroughly and craft customized security proposals that align with their objectives.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment.
Pay:
$95,000.00- $130,000.
