Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Develop and maintain Service Engineering documentation across the product lifecycle; support deployments, configuration, upgrades and 5-CI training; provide Tier 3 support and handle customer escalations; participate in customer calls and requirements decomposition; lead technical execution and communicate risks and solutions. Must understand FDA, ISO and IEC design-control requirements. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, advanced Excel/Word and computer-management skills are required. DevOps/Jira experience is expected; cloud-solution product experience is preferred.

Qualification:

• Associate degree or higher; 4+ years of relevant technical experience in an R D or regulated engineering environment.
