  • Your role and responsibilities
  • As a Brand Technical Specialist for Cloud Platform Portfolio, you will act as a technical consultant to clients and IBM sellers, providing technical sales support for Cloud solutions.
You will deliver solution design and Proof of Concepts for various Cloud offerings, including Application Modernization, Business Continuity & Data Resiliency, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Native solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Design and Deliver Solutions:
    Provide technical sales support, including solution design and Proof of Concept delivery, for Cloud solutions such as Application Modernization Offerings, Business Continuity & Data Resiliency Solutions, and Cloud Native Offerings.
    • Collaborate with
    Clients and Sellers:
    Act as a technical consultant to clients and IBM sellers, providing expert guidance on Cloud solutions and helping to identify and progress business opportunities.
      Develop and Implement Client Strategies:
      Develop and implement strategies for delivering Cloud solutions that meet your clients' business needs.
        Provide Technical Expertise:
        Provide deep technical expertise in Cloud solutions, including Application Modernization, Business Continuity & Data Resiliency, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Native offerings.
          Drive Solution Adoption:
          Drive the adoption and usage of IBM Cloud solutions.
            Build Stakeholder Relationships:
            Build credible and trusted relationships with key clients influencers and stakeholders to drive IBM Cloud solutions.
            • Required technical and professional expertise
            • Deep Expertise in
            Cloud Solutions:
            Proven experience with Cloud solutions, including Application Modernization, Business Continuity & Data Resiliency, Cloud Migration, Networking, and Cloud Native offerings, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
              Technical Sales Support Experience:
              Experience providing technical sales support, including solution design and Proof of Concept delivery, for complex Cloud solutions, with a strong understanding of client business needs and market trends.
                Cloud Platform Knowledge:
                In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms, including IBM Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift, VMware, and SAP, with experience in migrating workloads to Cloud environments.
                  Solution Design and Delivery:
                  Experience designing and delivering solutions for Cloud offerings, including IBM Kubernetes Service, IBM Cloud Databases, and IBM Cloud Satellite, with a focus on meeting client business objectives.
                  • Preferred technical and professional experience
                  • Deep Cloud Platform Knowledge:
                    Experience with Cloud platforms in the Market, including IBM Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift, VMware, and SAP, with expertise in migrating workloads to Cloud environments.
                  Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
                  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
                  • Experience and knowledge with State & Local Government, Education, and/or Healthcare industries and Cloud solutions desired.
