In this role, you will own project-based revenue growth and market share expansion by developing strong relationships across the construction ecosystem, finding opportunities early, and positioning Siemens low- and medium-voltage power distribution solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
You will develop and complete strategic territory and account plans and build a qualified pipeline. You will maintain the pipeline and deliver disciplined forecasts. You will influence project specifications and pursuit strategies. Coordination with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, distributors, end users, and Siemens sales teams is required. This individual contributor role reports to Regional Sales leadership. You'll make an impact by: Growing revenue and market share with accountability for measurable sales results. Developing and driving sales plans that prioritize target customers, project pursuits, competitive opportunities, and actions required to grow share. Building a qualified project pipeline; maintaining accurate opportunity data, project timing, next steps, risks, and forecast updates in designated sales tools. Engaging across the full construction project lifecycle—from early design and specification through bid, award, execution, and follow-on opportunities—to identify and advance Siemens solutions. Building trusted relationships with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, owners, developers, end users, distributors, channel partners, and other collaborators who influence project decisions. Influencing basis-of-design and project specifications by providing technical and commercial guidance early in the project cycle. Managing project pursuit activities in coordination with internal Siemens teams, including opportunity qualification, collaborator mapping, competitive strategy, solution positioning, and pursuit follow-through. Engaging distributors and channel partners to improve opportunity visibility, coordinate account actions, and strengthen Siemens' position with contractors and project collaborators. Acquiring new business and driving competitive conversions while expanding the breadth of Siemens solutions within existing accounts. Partnering with siemens colleagues to advance opportunities involving switchboards, busway, medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, panelboards, motor control centers, circuit breakers, safety switches, and related power distribution products.
