Hiring:
Junior Pre-Sale / After-Sale Support RBtec, a company specializing in perimeter security systems, is looking for a Junior Pre-Sale / After-Sale Support team member to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with a technical mindset who wants to grow in the security technology field.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers before and after sales Support customers remotely on a daily basis Occasionally travel to customer sites for installations and support Visit our warehouse in North Bergen, NJ, as needed Handle UPS shipments and assist with equipment assembly Coordinate with sales teams and customers in the US and internationally
Requirements:
Technical aptitude and hands-on mindset Strong customer service skills Strong computer skills Responsible, reliable, and proactive Comfortable working remotely with occasional field work Valid driver's license and access to a car, required Good written and spoken English Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
$65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience
