Jersey City, NJ Position Overview Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our growing property management team. As the first point of contact for residents, owners, vendors, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional office environment while providing administrative support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys balancing customer service with administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Welcome residents, clients, vendors, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service. Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical records. Scan, file, copy, and organize confidential documents. Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail and packages. Monitor, order, stock, and organize office supplies, kitchen supplies, and other office inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and common office spaces. Assist with light office cleaning and ensure shared spaces remain presentable throughout the day. Assist with administrative projects for the property management, accounting, leasing, and maintenance departments. Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other office documents. Maintain office filing systems and assist with document retention. Support office operations by completing general administrative tasks as assigned. Assist with special projects and company events. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
