Job Description

A growing organization is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support the promotion and application of custom mechanical equipment and HVAC solutions. This role combines technical expertise with relationship management, working closely with engineers, contractors, facility managers, and project stakeholders to develop and implement commercial HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial HVAC or plumbing design, engineering, or technical sales, along with strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical solutions. This position involves supporting system design, product selection, project management, and customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport engineers with system design, product selection, and specifications.

Provide technical guidance on HVAC equipment and applications.

Build and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, facility owners, and mechanical contractors.

Promote mechanical equipment and engineered solutions.

Prepare quotations and manage projects from design through commissioning.

Coordinate activities with internal and external project teams.

Maintain in-depth technical product knowledge.

Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and customer visits.

Develop long-term customer relationships and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing design, engineering, or technical sales.

Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree preferred.

Strong technical aptitude and presentation skills.

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building abilities.
