Onsite Responsibilities Review requests for quotations/ proposals (RFQs/RFPs) to generate quotations and formal proposals. Enter orders upon receipt and ensure requirements match the proposal/quotation. Communicate with customers regarding orders, returns, products, shipment information, etc. Initiate and follow up on appropriate actions based on customer needs. Process RFQs and purchase orders (POs). Communicate with suppliers on customer issues, delivery instructions, priority changes, expediting orders, and special requirements. Generate analytical reports to track demands and orders. Perform sourcing for required parts as needed. Review drawings and schematics for select parts/equipment. Understand regulatory requirements for procurement tasks. Obtain final procurement approvals following required procedures. Understand the technical requirements of purchase orders or contracts to ensure documentation is complete. Requirements Bachelor's or Associates degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field preferred; 1-3 years of experience in the Nuclear industry preferred. Experience in lieu of degree acceptable. Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office products. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills, diplomatic and direct style. Strong accountability and results-orientation. High energy, quick reaction to situations, and decisiveness. High integrity and professional presence.
