Opportunity:
We are looking for a curious and motivated Presales Engineering Intern to join our Customer Support Presales and Business Development team. This is an opportunity to learn how technical solutions connect to customer needs, business outcomes, and real-world value. You will work alongside experienced presales engineers, solution architects, product specialists, and account teams to support customer discovery, solution demonstrations, presentations, and early-stage opportunity development. You will gain practical exposure to the full presales process while building your technical, communication, and business skills. What you'll do:
  • Support the preparation and delivery of product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution overviews for customer and internal audiences.
  • Help translate customer needs and business challenges into clear technical solution concepts.
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions and help capture requirements, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with presales engineers, solution architects, product specialists, and account teams on early-stage opportunities.
  • Research products, technologies, industries, and customer environments to support opportunity development.
  • Create presentation materials, demonstration flows, solution summaries, and other presales content.
  • Help tailor technical messaging for different audiences, including technical stakeholders, business leaders, and internal teams.
  • Support the coordination and preparation of customer meetings, workshops, and solution briefings.
  • Learn from feedback and continuously improve demonstrations, presentations, and solution storytelling.
The skills you bring:
  • Curiosity about technology, customers, and how technical solutions solve business challenges.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and follow through on commitments.
  • Interest in customer-facing technical roles, solution architecture, business development, or technology consulting.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear, structured way.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience What you'll learn:
  • How presales engineering connects technology capabilities to customer requirements and business value.
  • How to structure and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
  • How customer discovery informs solution design and opportunity development.
  • How cross-functional account teams collaborate throughout the early stages of the sales process.
  • How to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Eligibility requirements:
  • 2.7+ GPA or equivalent , Uploading an unofficial copy of your transcript
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, master's, or PhD on a full-time basis at a four-year college or university at the time of the co-op
