Key Duties Acts as a customer engineering liaison, building and maintaining a strong cross-functional customer network Collaborates with Key Account Managers and Sales Directors as part of the Account Team Identifies new business opportunities and develop business justifications Provides guidance for technical/product strategies and manages the execution of those strategies based on voice of customer feedback (VOC) and ConMet technical/product strategic initiatives Manages customer product portfolio Ensures customer quality standards are metAdditional Responsibilities:
Facilitates decision making and/or selection of products, components, or specific product development projects Support or lead development projects as required Support investigations to field performance as required, leading the customer response and contributing to corrective action plans for key engineering issues Drives for continuous improvement of ConMet product development processes and ConMet productsQualifications Required Experience/Traits:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent Minimum two years' experience in relevant fieldEntrepreneurial Spirit:

- $124,000. The full salary range for the position, across all geographies, is $91,000
- $157,000 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience. Targeted annual bonus is based on company performance to objectives during the fiscal plan year which runs from October 1
