Reporting to the Engineering Manager, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes. This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production. Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Order and Data entry Answer customer calls, emails, letters, faxes, etc. Assist distributors, dealers and end users with machine troubleshooting Assist distributors, dealers and end users with parts questions/concerns Support office staff on various projects Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
