Reporting to the Engineering Director, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes. This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production. Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Support manufacturing teams as needed to ensure product design implementation is successful Work with engineering team to implement design changes/improvements Work with technical service team to address product improvement Support R D lab and test department work Create and maintain SAP master data Other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Mechanical or engineering experience required. This will be a very hands on role as product translate from design to manufacturing. SAP/ERP experience preferred but not required.
