Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of mechanical/controls estimating or sales experience who enjoys working directly with customers, developing estimates, and helping win projects. Responsibilities
  • Manage bid opportunities from initial review through proposal, including takeoffs, RFIs, scopes, and estimating
  • Review plans, specifications, equipment schedules, and project documents to develop accurate system takeoffs
  • Build relationships with general contractors, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and end users through meetings, job walks, and proactive communication
  • Evaluate subcontractor pricing and develop competitive bid strategies based on project requirements, relationships, and market conditions Required Skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical construction, controls, estimating, service sales, or a related field
  • Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interaction and cold calling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach Benefits
