As a Sales Consultant, or Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be the first person many customers meet. You'll help shoppers move from "just looking" to "I love my new Toyota, Honda or Subaru." Every day is different. Some days you'll celebrate deliveries. Some days you'll solve problems. Some days someone will bring donuts for the team. (We're hoping that's you occasionally.) Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responding to online and phone inquiries.
• Building relationships through phone, text, email, and video.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
• Becoming a Toyota product expert.
• Following up with customers (without sounding like a robot).
• Working alongside one of the best sales teams in Fairbanks.
