Location:

Wasilla/Palmer, AK ( With initial 2-3 months training in Anchorage ) Denali Industrial Supply is looking for full-time outside salesperson to work out of our store in Wasilla. Knowledge of construction supplies and applications along with an outgoing personality are key to success in this position. Ongoing vendor training will be provided. Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs occasionally. This is a salary + commission sales position, with car allowance and an expense account. This is a unique opportunity to join a premier, local Alaskan-owned company as a founding member of our new Valley team. In this role, you will work directly under the General Manager. You will start with 3 to 4 months of hands-on training at our Anchorage branch to master our systems, product lines, and vendor networks before transitioning to the new Valley location. Education & Certifications Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required:

Valid Alaska Driver's License with a clean driving record (ability to meet insurance requirements).

Required Experience & Skills Industrial/Trade Knowledge:

2+ years of experience working with industrial supplies, fasteners, rigging, safety gear, or professional power tools.

Customer Service:

Proven track record in retail sales, industrial sales, or commercial account management.

Computer Literacy:

Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management (ERP) systems, purchase order creation, and basic Microsoft Excel.

Heavy Lifting:

Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift 40 lbs occasionally.

Note:

$60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
