Re-Bath Birmingham is hiring experienced in-home sales representatives. Every appointment is set by our office, so you spend your day in homes, not prospecting. You design the customer's new bathroom on an iPad, price it, and close full remodels on the first visit. No cold calling. No buying leads. Requirements

• 2 or more years in in-home or outside sales
• A record of hitting your number in a commission role
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Available weekday evenings and Saturdays, when homeowners are home
• Live within about a 45 minute drive of Birmingham
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen What the week looks like
• Every appointment is pre-set for you
• Each one runs about two hours in the customer's home
• You measure, design, price, and ask for the sale that day
• These are full bathroom remodels, not small repairs
• You run appointments across Birmingham and the surrounding counties
• You log the visit in our CRM and work the ones that do not close
• You report to Bobby Clingan, our general manager Pay Uncapped commission, paid weekly. Reps earn $105,000 to $200,000+ a year. What we provide
