Job Description

Vishram International Services (VIS) is expanding our U.S. workforce programs and looking for a highly motivated Relationship Manager to develop long-term partnerships with employers, agricultural organizations, associations, farms, ranches, hospitality businesses, and other seasonal employers. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential U.S. employer partners Build relationships with agricultural and employer associations Introduce VIS workforce solutions, including
J1, H-2A, H-2B
& Range Herder recruitment support Schedule meetings with owners, HR leaders and decision-makers Understand employers' seasonal workforce needs Coordinate internally to develop recruitment solutions Maintain CRM, follow-ups and employer pipeline Convert new relationships into long-term VIS partnerships Represent VIS professionally at meetings, events and industry organizations Who We're Looking For ✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills ✔ Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and executives ✔ B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, hospitality, agriculture or workforce-development experience preferred ✔ Excellent follow-up and organizational skills ✔ Goal-oriented and comfortable developing relationships from scratch ✔ Knowledge of or ready to learn

is a plus — training can be provided What Success Looks Like This is not simply a lead-generation position. You will be responsible for opening doors, earning employer trust, developing partnerships and growing VIS's U.S. employer network.
