What You'll Do As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments, identify their remodeling goals, present customized solutions, and guide them toward a confident purchasing decision.

Your responsibilities include:

Conduct professional, engaging in-home sales consultations with prequalified homeowners. Build trust and rapport through active listening and a thorough understanding of customer needs. Deliver compelling sales presentations using Re-Bath's established sales system. Guide homeowners through product selections, design options, and remodeling solutions. Communicate the value of Re-Bath's products, services, and remodeling experience. Confidently address customer questions, resolve objections, and ask for the sale. Accurately measure project spaces and document existing conditions through photographs and videos. Maintain accurate customer and project information using company sales tools. Collaborate with production and installation teams to support a smooth transition from sale to installation. Participate in ongoing training and continuously improve sales performance. Required qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience conducting and closing in-home sales presentations. Demonstrated ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. A coachable mindset and willingness to learn and consistently follow a proven sales process. Self-motivation, accountability, and a results-oriented attitude. Strong computer skills and comfort using technology during sales presentations. Ability to accurately measure and document project spaces. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation with insurance. Access to an iPad for training and customer sales presentations. Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug/alcohol screening.
