What will the Sales & Office Administration Specialist do? Process deals start to finish through Sales Administration; Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; as well as general administration such as office manager duties, supplies, etc. What is the Sales & Office Administration Specialist responsible for: Process Deals start to finish Verify Customer Information Create/Invoice Deals Track Deals and keep the system clean Assign Titles Take Payments/Verify Funding Assistance with deliveries Funded Forms Temporary Tags Invoice Packets Ensure consigners and dealerships are paid in a timely mannerAP/AR Administration:
Process Credit Card payments within Karmak Process incoming mail/bills and getting them to the correct channels Processing and depositing checks that come in with deals/mail/customer payments. Track company credit card purchasesGeneral Administration:
Create and Track FedEx and LTL Shipments Process incoming mail, identifying spam, delivering mail/scanning it to the correct contacts Order Office Supplies What knowledge, skills and abilities are required for the Sales & Office Administration Specialist role? Microsoft Outlook, Sharepoint & Excel Strong proofreading skills Strong math skills Strong communication skills Ability to focus in busy office Ability to adjust to changing priorities Ability to study for and pass the Alabama Department of Revenue Motor Vehicle Division Designated Agent training Ability to become an Alabama notary What are the physical demands of the Sales & Office Administration Specialist role? The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
