A Sales Representative works as a sales associate in a variety of retail settings or businesses. Provides information to customers and sells merchandise or products. Provides analysis of sales activity to businesses and advises on ways to increase sales.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and in providing essential support to our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM systems, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of tasks from lead management to event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:
Assist with minor changes and updates to the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and functionality. Serve as the first point of contact for all new leads generated from the website, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up. Assign new leads in the CRM system to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory, product focus, or other criteria. •
Lead Management:
Manage the intake of new leads from the website, ensuring they are properly categorized and entered into the CRM. Track and report on lead status and progression, ensuring that all leads are being followed up in a timely manner. •
Pricebook Maintenance:
o Update and maintain pricebooks when new products are introduced or pricing changes occur. Ensure that all sales representatives have access to the most up-to-date pricing information. •
Event Coordination:
Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of sales events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer meetings. Handle logistics, communications, and follow-up tasks associated with these events. •
Sales Support:
Assist sales representatives with the completion and submission of necessary forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Help identify potential new products by gathering feedback from the sales team and conducting market research. Provide quotes to sales representatives as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales support, sales operations, or sales enablement role. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to make minor updates and changes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with event coordination and logistics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in the janitorial industry. Basic understanding of sales processes and sales cycles.
