Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Performance Bonuses KIBA Studios is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales Consultant who loves working with people, has a strong sales mindset, and enjoys helping customers bring their vision to life. This position combines sales, customer relationships, and kitchen & bath design. You'll work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and trade professionals from the initial consultation through product selections and the final sale. You'll also work closely with our dedicated Cabinet Designer. While you'll have strong design support, an understanding of kitchen and bath design—or experience with programs such as 2020 Design or KitchenPro—is a definite plus but not required. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable collaborating, and willing to jump into the design side when needed.What You'll Do Drive Sales:
Build relationships with showroom customers, homeowners, builders, contractors, and trade professionals and turn those relationships into sales.Manage Your Opportunities:
Follow up on leads and quotes, maintain your sales pipeline, develop new business, and consistently work toward closing projects.Consult & Recommend:
Understand each customer's vision, budget, space, and timeline and guide them through cabinetry, countertops, hardware, finishes, and other selections.Design & Collaborate:
Work closely with our Cabinet Designer to develop functional, beautiful spaces. As you become comfortable with our design process and software, you'll also have opportunities to create or modify designs when needed. Understand theDetails:
Work with measurements, layouts, cabinet configurations, product selections, and project details to help ensure each project is set up for success. Own theCustomer Experience:
Communicate clearly throughout the sales and design process and make sure expectations, selections, pricing, and project scope are well defined.Build Long-Term Relationships:
Develop repeat business and referrals through strong relationships with homeowners and trade partners. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: A experience K&B professional who enjoys working towards goals and earning based on performance Confident building relationships and developing new business Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customers and projects at once A strong communicator who enjoys working directly with customers Comfortable collaborating as part of a team Interested in kitchen & bath design, remodeling, construction, or home improvement Willing and eager to learn the technical and design side of the business Kitchen & bath, cabinetry, home improvement, building materials, flooring, or design experience is a plus. Experience with 2020 Design, KitchenPro, or similar design software is also a bonus—but neither is required for the right candidate.
