We are seeking an experienced, professional leader with excellent communication, and organizational skills. Our Sales Managers must have the ability to achieve goals, work in a fast-paced environment and lead the store's sales team. The Sales Manager's primary purpose is to help the Store Manager maximize the stores growth and profitability. This role is responsible for creating a customer experience resulting in complete customer satisfaction, while meeting guidelines set forth by the company. The Store Manager adheres to all policies to ensure that all sales, financing, inventory, & merchandising guidelines are met. The store manager is responsible for creating an inspirational, fun, & productive culture. This includes weekly communication with the corporate office on sales trends, market conditions etc. Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, role-modeling the selling process, personally interacting with guests and being in a position to positively impact the sales process and ensure the Company's brand is properly represented. Resolve guest issues in a professional, helpful manner that strikes the proper balance between guest satisfaction and financial responsibility to the company.

Compensation:
