We are looking for a dynamic salesperson market our new monobrush equipment to new and existing customers. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic Outside B2B Sales Representative to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts within designated territories. This role offers a dynamic environment where your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking will directly impact our company's success. If you thrive on building partnerships, generating leads, and closing deals, this opportunity is for you! Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within targeted industries Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and excellent customer service Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients to showcase product benefits and features Develop strategic territory management plans to maximize sales potential in assigned regions Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while maintaining positive relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness in your territory Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on the trucking industry Strong management skills with the ability to develop business strategies and lead customer negotiations Expertise in business development, account management, and upselling techniques Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for tracking sales activities and customer data Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, cold calling, and building rapport with clients Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning Ability to perform technical sales presentations and explain product features clearly Customer service orientation combined with strong negotiation abilities for successful deal closures Join us as an Outside B2B Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to expanding our reach while providing innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs!
